Adam has been leading operational finance for over two decades, with oversight spanning finance, supply chain, project management, human resources, procurement, information technology, legal, and corporate leadership; primarily within the CDMO industry. As a business leader, Adam’s focus has been in the development and execution of growth strategies, where he has facilitated numerous successful buy and sell-side M&A transactions. He started his career with Deloitte’s Chicago assurance practice, and subsequently joined a small Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient manufacturing company in Wisconsin where he helped oversee massive organic and inorganic growth for what would become the global CDMO, Alcami Corporation. Adam has a Masters of Accounting, and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting as well as Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
